90-Day Limited Warranty

This Limited Warranty is provided by Eastmonts Goods LLC ("Eastmonts", "we", "us") for products purchased directly from this store. It gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state or country to country.

1. What This Warranty Covers

We warrant that your product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, covering (without limitation) failures of the speakers, Bluetooth module, battery, and charging components that occur despite normal use in line with the product's care instructions.

2. Warranty Period

This warranty runs for 90 days from the date of delivery of your original order, alongside our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee. During this period you are covered twice over: for any defect we will repair or replace the product free of charge, and if you are unsatisfied for any reason you may instead return it for a full refund under the guarantee. Replacements do not restart the warranty period.

3. What This Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, or failure to follow the care instructions.
  • Damage from unauthorized repairs, disassembly, or modifications.
  • Normal cosmetic wear that does not affect function.
  • Products purchased from anyone other than us.
  • Lost or stolen products.
  • Products used for commercial rental or resale.

4. How to Make a Claim

  1. Email hello@eastmonts.com within the warranty period with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or a short video.
  2. Our team responds within 24 hours. If a return is required for a valid warranty claim, we cover the return shipping.
  3. If your claim is approved we will, at your choice where feasible: replace the product at no cost, or issue a full refund.

5. Limitations

To the extent permitted by applicable law, any implied warranties are limited in duration to the duration of this express warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

6. Your Statutory Rights

This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights, including the EU legal guarantee of conformity, UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 rights, and Australian Consumer Law guarantees. This warranty complies with the U.S. Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act.

7. Governing Law

This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, except that consumers outside the United States retain the protection of the mandatory laws of their country of residence.
