This Refund & Returns Policy applies to all purchases made through this store.

Our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Every product is covered by a 90-day money-back guarantee, starting on the day your order is delivered. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your item(s) within 90 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price, an exchange, or store credit — your choice. There are no restocking fees.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at hello@eastmonts.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We respond within 24 hours, 7 days a week.
  2. We will reply with simple return instructions and the correct return address. Please do not ship a return before receiving these instructions.
  3. Ship the item(s) back using a tracked shipping method and send us the tracking number.
  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Banks and card issuers may take a further 3–10 business days to post the refund.

Return Conditions

  • Returns must be initiated within 90 days of the delivery date.
  • Items should be returned complete, including any accessories and, where possible, the original packaging.
  • Normal signs of careful use are perfectly fine.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item Received

Contact us at hello@eastmonts.com with your order number and photos. We will make it right at no cost to you with, at your choice, a free replacement or a full refund — including any shipping fees you paid.

Who Pays Return Shipping?

  • Damaged, defective, or wrong item: we pay return shipping.
  • Change of mind: you pay return shipping. We recommend a tracked service.

Refund Details

  • Refunds go back to the original payment method, including PayPal.
  • The full product price is refunded. Optional add-ons such as shipping protection are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns, but fully refunded if the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Gift cards and digital products.
  • Items clearly marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.

Exchanges

Want a different color or model? Email us within 90 days of delivery and we will arrange an exchange. A replacement or exchange does not restart the 90-day guarantee period.

EU & UK Customers — Statutory Right of Withdrawal

Consumers in the EU or UK have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. Our 90-day money-back guarantee applies in addition to — and does not limit — your statutory rights.

Australian Customers

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation, contact your bank or card issuer, then contact us at hello@eastmonts.com.
