Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays, and do not ship same-day. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with your tracking link once your order ships — please allow up to 48 hours for the shipping confirmation to arrive, and 1–4 days for tracking information to begin updating.
If an inaccurate or incomplete address is provided, or your order requires verification, processing may be delayed by an additional 1–2 business days. Please review your shipping and billing details carefully before checking out.

Delivery times are estimates from the ship date and are not guaranteed. Carrier, customs, weather, and peak-season delays are outside our control — but if your package is significantly delayed or tracking stops updating past the estimated delivery window, contact us at hello@eastmonts.com and we will chase it with the carrier and make it right.
Lost or Damaged in Transit
If your tracking shows your package as lost, or your order arrives damaged, contact us with your order number (and photos of the item and packaging, if damaged). We will resolve it with a free replacement or a full refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Delivery & Signatures
Your package may or may not require a signature. Most packages are delivered to the mailbox or front door of the address provided; the courier decides whether a package is safe to leave. We recommend using a delivery address where someone is available to accept the package.
International Taxes and Duties
International customers (outside the United States) are responsible for any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and fees charged by their local customs authority. These fees are not collected by us and cannot be refunded by us. We ship international packages DDU (duties and taxes unpaid).
Wrong Address
It is the buyer's responsibility to enter the shipping address correctly. Email hello@eastmonts.com immediately after placing your order if it needs correcting; we cannot guarantee a change once processing has begun. If a package with an incorrect address is returned to our warehouse, we will reship it or issue a full refund.

PO Boxes
We currently do not support shipping to PO Boxes.
Shipping Restrictions & Sanctioned Regions
Due to international sanctions and service-provider restrictions, we do not fulfill orders, provide services, or ship to sanctioned countries and regions. Any order placed with a shipping address in these locations will be automatically canceled and refunded.
